The M family were some of my last sessions of the year: when the sun starts to set a little earlier, the beaches are a little less crowded, and seasonal stores start to close.
It was such a beautiful evening with them. The sunset was one for the books and H and S were so excited to build a sandcastle at the end that they were not going to let me forget.
It was bittersweet knowing summer and working with new families every week was coming to an end, but it makes me excited for next summer when I get a new round of families and even some returning.
